2024: a year of progress for Embrast
Throughout Embrast's history of steady growth, which we have covered on our blog, recognizing employees' contribution to the company's development has been a priority from the start. The 2024 Embrast profit-sharing program continued that commitment.
The team challenged every employee and believed the stretch target could be reached despite the political and economic difficulties facing Brazil. In fact, 2024 was one of the strongest years of growth in Embrast's history, bringing changes across departments, further specialization, new products and new projects.
Targets set, goals achieved
According to company president Denisio do Nascimento, “it took a collective effort to reach this figure […] Sharing profits with employees had long been a dream. I think we have found a format that allows everyone to benefit from a share of the profit the company generates.”
Rising to the challenge was a key part of the plan, and meeting the targets meant working against the clock. New hires, staff development, new departments and the construction of a new warehouse all illustrate this substantial growth. Supporting that effort meant motivating employees through Embrast's performance-based profit-sharing program, known as PPR.

With that in mind, we developed the PPR profit-sharing program and distributed the awards to employees on Thursday the 24th, based on their length of service and their department's results. See how this moving presentation unfolded:
