About Acats
Founded in 1972, Acats is affiliated with the Brazilian Supermarket Association (Abras). It works to strengthen supermarket retailers across the state of Santa Catarina through representation and development activities. The annual Acats Awards recognize member supermarkets and suppliers that stood out during the year.
The 2025 awards
The ceremony took place at Maria's Camboriú, bringing together more than 700 guests and recognizing 33 categories in Santa Catarina's retail sector. Embrast competed in two categories: Household Goods and Supplies and Consumables, taking first place in both.
Following wins in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023 and 2024, this was the company's ninth recognition, highlighting its consistent performance in these segments.
